HPI Inspection Services is a Complete Home Inspection Service based in Enfield, Connecticut. HPI Inspection Services provides both Buyers Home Inspections and Sellers Home Inspections to Connecticut and Massachusetts.

My name is Michael Haertel. I am a full-time Professional Home Inspector doing business in the States of Connecticut and Massachusetts. This means that I must adhere to a strict guideline of codes and conduct as set forth by the State of Connecticut “Standards of Practice” and “Code of Ethics” for Home Inspectors and the Massachusetts Division of Professional Licensure "266 CMR 6.00: Standards of Practice". I am also a member of the Connecticut Association of Home Inspectors (CAHI) and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). I have over twenty years of experience in the construction industry.
